SLABsense is revolutionising slab heave monitoring by taking proven smart sensor technology used in agriculture and applying it to residential housing. Instead of relying on just the initial soil tests from pre-build stage or occasional manual testing, SLABsense enables the capture of data every 4 hours!
This data can also be paired with local rainfall data and our Level Sensor data to provide a comprehensive picture of both the environmental aspects that contribute to slab heave and the actual impact on a home's foundations.
Results are displayed on an online dashboard and accessible by all parties involved in resolving your slab heave issues - home owners, structural engineers, builders or insurance adjusters.
Installation:
- All devices come totally pre-configured and ready to bury.
- Comprehensive instructions are provided
- An optional Virtual Consult is available should you require additional assistance or guidance on placement.
- Installation is available at additional cost within our coverage areas
Note:
- Rental periods can be extended as required at additional cost.
- At the end of a rental period, all devices must be returned within 14 days or all access and data will be removed and a 100% restocking fee will be charged to help recover hardware costs.
