SLABsense is revolutionising slab heave monitoring with these patent pending proprietary smart sensors - turning the traditional 2 manual floor level surveys over 6-12 months into 180+ ! That's right, daily automated surveys!
The system is simple but effective. A fixed 360 degree laser line acts as a consistent reference point and sensors placed in target areas detect any vertical movement in relation to that laser line.
All devices automatically wake in unison once a night for 20 seconds to take a measurement and upload the data to our cloud platform.
Results are displayed on an online dashboard and are accessible by all parties involved in resolving your slab heave issues - home owners, structural engineers, builders or insurance adjusters.
Installation: All devices come totally pre-configured and ready to just stick on the wall. Comprehensive instructions are provided and an optional Virtual Consult is available should you require additional assistance or guidance on placement.
Note:
- Devices connect via the home owner's wifi. These credentials are required in order to pre-configure devices for installation.
- Rental periods can be extended as required at additional cost.
- At the end of a rental period, all devices must be returned within 14 days or
- all access and data will be removed and a 100% restocking fee will be charged to help recover hardware costs.
